The We & Us Lacrosse Philosophy

Wolverines Program Goal:
To improve individual player development and prepare young men for their next level of lacrosse, all while maintaining a focus on team. These goals are achieved through skilled coaching, dynamic practices, and competitive game experience.

Why Wolverines Lacrosse:
Expert coaching – Coach Laden’s staff is dedicated to the concept of team and individual development. As with last year, we will feature additional coaching from current and previous college players.
Team strength – Top teams in the southeast have proven that as players play together, they grow stronger.  This theory has been highlighted as West Forsyth teams have made the state playoffs for the last two years.
Player development – Learn fundamentals and strategies that will be used in the west program and future college programs.  Coach Laden’s play together/stay together philosophy has been an integral part of the huge success at West Forsyth.  We have had 90% buy in over the past few years and have had successful summer lacrosse. Good wins, good times and most importantly great TEAM BUILDING AND BONDING.
